The petitioners accompany their pe

approval ot this Court, a good and
sufficient bond in the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars, which is double the
amount of tho probable cost of or
ganizing such District, conditioned
that the bondsman will pay all said

affected.
WHEREFORE your petitioners pray
that this Court npprove tho said bond
and that said Irrigation District be
organized under the provisions of said
Act, and that this Court shall make
and enter nn order, establishing nnd
defining the boundaries of such Irr
gallon District; determining whether
the requlslto number ot owners or
land within such proposed District
shall have petitioned for the formation
thereof; and whether the petition and
notice of tho time of presentation
thereof shall have been duly published
as In snld Act provided; and designnl
ing the name of said District and di
viding said 'District into three divis

practicable, and establishing n con
venient number of Election Precincts
