Sec. 6. Alter tho expiration or the
date referred to in section 4 of this
ordinance, the city treasurer shall cer
tlfy to the city recorder the total
amount of nil assessments ns shown
on such consolidated Hen docket with
Interest thereon to such date; the total
amount paid to him on such account
the total amount unpaid; whereupon
there shall be issued the bonds of such
consolidated Improvement, district in
an nmount not greater thnn the bal
ance remaining unpaid on said consoli
dated lien docket aB shown by
such report. The bonds heroin
provided for shall not be issued
prior to twenty (20) days after
the expiration of (he date above men
tioned, but any portion thereof may be
Issued at any time thereafter.
