sive military ceremony was held at
the cemetery. Seven inarblo monu

to mark the resting places of old Mi
dlers were unveiled and dedicated by
the placing of a Hag on each grave

read the Origin of .Memorial Day, and
Lincoln's Gettysburg address, after
which Judge (lilmore gave a most in

Cross was held in the city hall on

from Miss R. Putnam, supervisor of
