Saturday a Mr. Clark of that city

weighed 70 pounds and measured

country, was unearthed today, In con
nection with the arrest of three men
on charges of conspiracy to send mall,
containing information, surreptitious
ly from the United Stutes to Germany
through members of the Norwegian
ship crews. It was intimated by the
federal commissioner by whom the
alleged plotters were arraigned, that
It was through their Instrumentality
that advance news of the Impending
arrival in England of the American
destroyer fleet was sent to Gerninny
before it even became generally
known in this country that It had
sailed.

Indications have been found that

both ways between the United States,

that they will open the way to full
revelations of the alleged spy plot.
