Miss Flinor Fell, who will address

at the outbreak of tho war and she

children whose parents had either
been killed or driven into exile. A
year ago Miss Fell accompanied beV
lo America for the purpose ot raising
$10,01(0 to carry on the work. So
ready was the response to the appeal
that the. futherless children of France
was rounded. Many thousands of
orphans have been paved from insti
tutions through the efforts of the as
sociation and many other thousands
have been enabled to remain with
their mothers through this gift of ten
cents a day. Minneapolis alone has
over 250 "god-parents."
At the afternoon inectinK for chil

The evening meeting at the Xnta
