An embargo upon food, in view of
present prices of farm labor and ar
ticles used on the farm, in addition
to land values, would he most unjust

KL PASO, Tex., Jan. 1 s. Ameri
can army officers here believe Villa,
who was reported at San Andres
Tuesday, has delaved his attack upon
Chihuahua City until the American
troops have been withdrawn from
Mexico.
