conclusion of which the appropriation

$20,000,000.
Since Senator Burton's return from
South America and particularly since
May 1-1, 19M, he has delivered a
Kreat many non-partisan addresses In
10 states of the union. His address
s from this date on throughout the
campaign will be confined largely to
the partisan issues between the two
Kreat parties.
