In Care The May Co., Medford, Ore. Fairbanks, Alaska, Nov. 15th, 1915.
DEAR CHILDREN: Well, I am to be with you again soon, and I can scarcely wait until the time cornea.
Have sent a lot of my toys a'nd dolls on to the store and want you to go in and see them ask to see some of those
games the maps that jrouput together and build; also some of those needle outfits for the girls and see those
lifelike dolls. Honest, yon would almost think they aro real -they twist around so. Somo say Mamma and
open and close their eyes. And boys, be sure and seo those mechanical trains. You know, people thot I would
have suclra hard time getting toys this year, but I be gan early, and it looks like I am going to have a plenty for
t every boy and girl I know of at any rate, for tho good ones. The only thing I am worried about is my good
' old reindeers, Ned and Nat, they are getting so old I can't go very fast. I may travel by automobile when I
get down in your part of the country, but it's too rough and hilly up hero. Have to see all those boys and girls
and will then be down your way later and in the meantimo go to the store and seo tho toys--stay as long as
you like and, by the way, write your Xmas letter and drop it in the mail box at the store, and they will see that
I get it.
