ers of the Western Pacific railroad
by Judge Van Fleet of the United
States district court.

ing of a receivership petition agalHBt

company of New York, trustee of a
130,000 bond Issue, yesterday as a
result of the railroad's default of
$1,120,000 Interests on Its bonds
