tho American Kcderatlon of Labor.

trade-unionists," Secretary Wilson

accused of partisanship in conducting

Sir. Wilson In telling of tho work
of his department said that tho last

Calumet and in Colorado. Tho de

that tho employer and the employe
have mutual Interest in creating a
greater amount of production with a
given amount of labor. They differ
