with certain railroads brought under
its domination, including the Boston
& Maine, forever, and by public, auc
tion, if neees-snry. The control of
many of the New Haven's subsidiar
ies passes today with the filing of the
decree from the road's directors who
have so long mnnaged them, into the
keeping of fifteen men, tcnued trus
tee, and acting us officers of the
federal court. The.-c men will rule
