west of town. They report that duo
to tho Irrigation tho desert Is bios-
Komlup; like a garden, and the crops
are much better than other places In
tho valley whoro there Is not Irriga
tion. They say that the fruit is
good sized, tho trees green and
heulthy, and corn and grain crop,
thriving. At Oak Knoll orchard a
few weeks ago tho fruit was small and
tho owners bad littlo hopes of har
vesting a crop. Water was applied
and tho trees liavo resumed a healthy
green color and tho fruit is sizing up
to tho Dluo Triangle brand. This
year's crop will pay for a permanent
water right on tho orchard.
