other eight convicts retreated, beg
ging for mercy. Hair, n desperate
youth who headed a prison break n
few months ago, did not die instantly.
The verdict of Coroner Gonnley
was that the four convicts met death
at the hands of prison gunrd, shot
hi the performance of their duty.
