at a meeting of colcxo women of
Medford and vicinity held In tho par
'ors of tho Hotel Medford In Decem
ber. 1912.
At this meeting a committee was
appointed to drow up n constitution
Jand by-laws which were later ndoptol
by tho club. During tho first jear
the meetings took the form of a
'luncheon the second Saturday of each
month at Hotel Medford. Tho
(luncheou wag followed by a buslucsn
meeting and a social hour. Often
somo prominent out of-town speaker
addressed the club at this time.
At the annual election ot officers
In December the following ladles were,
honored with positions as efficers:
President, Mrs. W. G. Davidson; vice
presldunt, Mrs. John Tornoy; secretary-treasurer.

It was found that lu tho first year
