It being tho Intent of the builders

sary to tho greatest efficiency. These
Instruments havo already been ship
ped from Portland.

poration amended changing the
nnmo of tho company from the
Grants Pass & Crescent City rail
road to that ot tho California, Ore
gon & Eastern, and It will hence
