Kneutzor house, whero I encountered
Mr. nnd Mrs. Kncutzen. Mrs. Knetit-
zen stnrtcd cursing nnd abusing mo
nnd started to attack me. Her hug-
band Interfered and was greatly
shocked when ho saw how I had
been injured.
"Mrs. Kncutzen brushed her hus
band nsldo and grabbed my arm,
saying sho was going to kill mo. But
Mr. Kncutzen again interfered and
sho let go, damning nnd cursing me.
After I reached Elmore's tho Kneut
scn's following, whoro Mrs. Kncut
zen again attempted an attack upon
mo. nnd followed mo home, threat
ening and abusing mo all tho way.
"Miss DIngham and Mrs. Rapkcn
nwaltod mo n tho road and heard
her abuse. Mrs. Elmoro and tho
doctor arrived an hour later."
Tho trouble started over an Irriga
tion ditch which precipitated n
neighborhood row. Tho caso will
bo heard before Justlco Taylor Tuesday.

flames spread. Tho structure was
once before nfire on account of tLo

Tho alunn was given by news
paper carriers nnd only tho good
work done by the firo boys saved
the surrounding shacks from do-Htructioii.
