Donr Sir:
H lias suggested itself to mo that
it might be n very good thing for the
rounly courts of Klamath mul Jack
son counties to tnect in public meet
ing nt, say Mcdford, and discuss af
faire of mutual interest to both
counties namely, thnt of pood roads.
I am sure the commissioners would
be glad to go to JTcdford with me to
meet yonr court and I bclicvo we

I believe it would be apropos for you
to invite us to como to Mcdford

It seems to me that the counties
of Klamath, Jackson nnd Siskiyou

can fail to sco any competition be
iween the three nnd why there should
not be tlio most friendly feeling nnd

ties. This letter is a desire on our part
to start such a movement, and we

It was while a number of the

current topics In the village grocery
storo at Sallx, one evening not long
ago that the pro)osltlon was flrtt
suggested. That tho co-operatlva

other states was pointed out. Km
growers of tho Pacific states have a (

The plan of tho Sallx farmer is
to form a corporation In which all

Every farmer will bo a stockholder

Tho farmer will get his share of tho
