tcaipoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking iKtwuer
Mix dry Ingredients together and lift Into chopping
bowl. Add Cottoltnt chilled, chop lightly until well
mlxedt be careful to keep everything cold. Now add
the milk, stirring lightly, Divide dough Into 6 parts,
rolling each piece the lite and ihapo of a plate. Put 2
cakesintoeacn plate and bakoabout 15 minutes In quick
oven. Place on hot plate, tear cake apait and spread
sweetened mashed strawberries between and over the
cakes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and seiv oat once.
