grated chose. 4 tohlospoons butter,
4 eggs. 4 tablespoons cream. To the

cheese. Melt the butter and when hot

cooking.
Welsh rarebit Ono tablespoon ot

or cut fine, one-fourth teaspoon salt,
dash of puprlka or cayonue popper,
one-halt cup ot cream or milk, two
eggs (yolks).

nnd seasoning, stir until molted.

stir until smooth or slightly thick.
