ness admitted that he was near the

rooms. The shooting of Rosenthal,

bitterly denounced "a so-called gov
ernment which Ignores a precedent
which has stood for 300 years, ami

ter Sir William's speech the associa
tion unanimously adopted a resolu
tion offered by Sir Edward Carson
condemning the "administration's
attempt to (orco a home rule bill

tion." Expecting a repetition of yester
day's stormy meeting, hundreds of
curious persona gathered about the
parliament buildings today, when
that body convened. The services

clear the corridors.

Speaker Lowther being powerless to
