James Hansen of this city received
a telegram Monday from a physician
In -charge- of a hospital in Tucson,
Ariz., telling him of the serious Ill
ness of his son, William, who left
Medford about a month ago for the
above placo for his health. His
liealtli was not considered In a se
rious condition when ho left, in fact
ho had worked at engineering up to
within a fow days of his departure.
Tho telegram stated that he was suf
fering from hemorrhago of the
lungs. Mr. Hansen left Monday af
ternoon on No. 13 for Tucson.
