Evans creek, about four miles from
Woodvllle from a Mr. Wllsoit. About
40 acros of the tract will bo good
fruit land, when cleared of Its tim
ber. The remainder Is hill land and
well timbered. Mr. Peterson will
clear up sevoral acres of the land
this spring and set It to a family
orchard.
