Denver. May Cupples, an inmate of

on a charge of assisting Alexander's
suicide, but was acquitted. Gertrude
Knight was one of the principal wit

Family Asphyxiated.
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 24
Mrs. L. R. Ware, formerly of San
Mateo, Cal., and her two boys, 5 and
7 years old, were found dead from
asphyxiation in their home here to
day. Mrs. Ware's husband is said to be
traveling in Europe. Faulty plumb
ing is believed to be responsible.
