federated shopmen are to the effect
that in many cases foremen are act
ing us guardians of tho strikebreak
ers. In justice to the union shop
men who have quit their positions
when the machinists and others of
the federated trades went out, the
officials of the federation bcllove
that the strikers should tako some
action regarding tho foremen wno

strong vote will ho cast recommend
ing that the foremen Join tho strikers.
