tho city engineer of said city, which
uro now on file In tho office of the
city rocorder of said city and tho pav
ing shall bo laid either with a 4 Inch
asphaltlc concrete base and a 1 Vt
Inch asphaltlc wearing surface or
with a 3 inch asphaltlc concrete base
and a 1 Inch wearing surfneo as the
said city shall elect. Tho city re
serving tho right io use either of
said forms of said pavement on each
or any of tho above mentioned streets
and to make election at any time be
