by placing on both sides of said

tho city engineer of said city, which
uro now on file In tho office of the
city rocorder of said city and tho pav
ing shall bo laid either with a 4 Inch
asphaltlc concrete base and a 1 Vt

with a 3 inch asphaltlc concrete base
