Mr. Lindloy was born nt Long Is
land. New York, November lib', 18-10
and was C3 years old at tho time of
his death. He left New York while
n young man moving to Iowa, later to
Washington nnd then to Oregon,
locating in Medford 18 years ago. He
leaves a wife nnd one sou, George It
Lindley, vice president of the Jack
son County bank in which his father
was n director.
Mr. Lindley wns elected treasurer
of Jackson county in 1S9C and served
one term, deeliuing to seek re-election.

such will hereafter uppenr on all of
the weather'maps published "by the
bureau in Southern Oregon and as
to be shipped here nhd placed at once

forecasts will be made twice daily.
The weather will no doubt be con
siderably better in the future ns Mrs.
P. J. O'Gara has been appointed local
forecaster in place of her husband.
