Issued by Judge J. It. Nell this morning
on complaint filed by C. K. Pierce of
this city, stopping John M. Root from
continuing with tho work of laying ti
new cement walk about tho Sparta block
on the Seventh street side.
Mr. Pierce claims that a 12-foot walk,
which Mr. Hoot was putting In. Is too
wide for tho street ut that place, leav
ing only 40 feet between curbs. Mr.
Hoot, on tho other hand, states that he
has already given four feet of his prop

sidewalk, which Is two feet narrower
than others In front of business proper'
ty.
Tho case will bo heard Friday or Sat'
