at Smith's hall with a largo charter list,
with prospects of n complete organiza
tion of that craft immediately following
tho arrival of their qhartcS. Frank
Poole, state organlzor. nnd C. O. Young,
general organizer of tho American Fed
eration of Labor, wero present and aid
ed In bringing tho plasterers under tho
fold of their International, said inter
national being nffillnted with tho Amer
ican Federation of Labor.
Thoro Is no Intimation or Intention of
the local plasterers' organization to at
present mako any demands upon em
ployers as to chango of hours or wages.
They simply realize tho necessity of or
ganization that conditions may be main
tained, and with n view of assisting to
their utmost tho local labor movement,
which has had such a splendid growth In
this vicinity In tho recent past.
