Millionaire Real Estate Promoter
Fails to Raise Bail Money No One
Visits Him in Prison To Serve
20 Day Sentence.
SEATTLE, Wash., April 5 C I).
Hjllmnn, Millionaire real estate man
has decided to servo out his twenty
day sentence at the county jail for
tampering with the jury after his at
torneys had labored for several days
in a futile effort to raise a bail bond
amounting to $215,500.
During his incarceration the $215,
500 bail in the fraud case will be rais
ed, if possible, and an appeal taken
to the United States circuit court of
appeals. Although ho is a prisoner
in the county jail he is under the jur
isdiction of the United Stales marshal
and no one can see him without per
mission of that official.
