plicity in the murder of her hus
band, Martin Kvahihuug on May 1 1,
11)01), was today acquitted by a jury
which has been deliberating on her
fato for 37 hours.
Mrs, Kvalshaug had been treid
twico before, both times the jury
being unable to agree.
Charles O. Neweoinb has already
been convicted of Kvalshnug's mur
der and is now under sentence nf
death.
