An ordlnanco providing for the
construction of a 12-Inch storm sewer
along Grape street from Sixth street
to the north line of alloy between
Seventh and Eighth street, and for
the assessment of the cost thereof on
the property directly benefited there
by and adjacent thereto, and provid
ing a meeting of the council to con
sider protests against said construc
tion and assessment and the serving
of the owners of such property with
notice thereof.
The city of Medford doth ordain as
follews:
Section 1. It Is the intention of the
council to cause a 12-lnch storm sow
er to be constructed along Grape
street from Sixth street to the north
lino of alley between Seventh and
Eighth streets, and to assess tho cost
thereof upon the property directly
benefited thereby and adjacent there
to. Section 2. Tho council will hear
and consider any protests against
said construction and tho assessing
of said property for tho cost thereof,
at a meeting of the council to be held
October 4, 1910, at 7:30 o'clock p.
m., In the council chambers In said

council may grant permits for tho
erection within the fire limits of
frarno buildings designed only for
