the fc tries for the fourth annual
horse show of the Portland Hunt
club closed, Secretary Lamson said
today that 400 high class horses will
be shown. Tho show will be held in
the Oriental building on tho. Lewis
and Clark fair grounds October 13,
14 and 15.
Many horse fanciers have secured
importations of fine stock included
among the bluo ribbon winners of
the New York and other, eastern
shdws, and as a result competitions
in the various classes this .year will
