Tho office force of the Rogue Hiv
er C Vnlley Canal company has been
busy for the past few days sending
out the following announcement to
it's prospective water users in the
valley.
The Hoguo River Valley Canal com
pany, a corporation duly incorporated
under the laws of the btatc of Oregon
has completed surveys and plans for
tho enlargement nnd extension of tho
Fish Lnko Water Company's cnnnls
which it has acquired.
The project, when completed, will
serve nil that part of the valley ly
ing between the foothills on both sides
of Henr creek, from Talent on the
south, to Rogue river on the north
a total area of approximately 55,000
acres.
It is the company's intention to
diligently pro.-ecute the work of con
struction alrendy commenced to be
in n position to meet nil demands
mnde for irrigation service nt as
early a date as possible.
