Blankenburg. .The remainder of tho
ticket places are to bo equally dl-
vided between the republicans and
tho democrats.
In most of tho 136 legislative dis
tricts, Independents will be put in
tho field and in others there will bo
combinations either with the demo
crats or with the insurgent republic
ans. There will also be combinations
In the congressional fight.
It was officially announced that
the platform to be adopted will be
progressive in the extreme.
