the long and short-haul clause anil
the senate provision empowering tho
interstate commerce commission to
suspend rate1? for ten months pendint

empowers the commission to suspend

stocks and bonds.

Harold is reported to be attempt

tion of the Jupiter mountains, but it

him practically surrounded.
After the fatal shooting Friday,
Harold disappeared on horseback

20 men have been hunting him in the
