Mooro was in Eastern Oregon buying
horses, llonson came to Ashland, tell
ing his partner at Klamath Falls that
Mooro had given him permission to
sell tho horses. Ho went from here
to Medford and on Tuesday last sold
two bny horses on which Mooro held
n chattel mortgage, -no was riding
another horso which belonged to
Moore nnd which Mooro admits lie
Itad given llonson permission to ubo.
Mooro thinks ho has ridden this horso
out of tho country nnd hns probably
disposed of him by this time.
