The bearing trees will pay from 25 to 50 per cent of the
gross purchase price each year. They should yield In 1910
and 1911 sufficient net revenue to cover all running expenses,
as well as the second, third and fourth payments.
The first cash payment can reasonably be figured as the
entire amount of cash outlay.
Four-year trees will be five years old in the Spring af 1910,
and will bear in 1911. They will provide good revenue two
years before the entire tract Is paid for.
Every tract drain tiled, has Individual roads and is
under ditch. Not an Irrigated orchard, but water adds
immensely to Its value. Soil Is deep, black, free bot
tom, the best in the Rogue River Valley. Adjoining bare
lands held at $500 and upwards an acre.
