The QUEEN ANNE BOOM
Discriminating homecraf ters are flocking to the Court of the Queen as never before. To illustrate the demand for these lots: On Thursday four dif
ferent real estate firms sold the same lot to different purchasers. The.total for the week runs into the twenties. The purchasers of these lots are
among Medford's most exclusive. These sales are not speculative, but for homebuilders of the better class.
Medford has never seen a greater boom in residence property. The reason is obvious to those who have examined the property: It is high up,
with a beautiful view and delightful air, and a drainage that means perfect sanitary conditions. It is on tho high end of the city gravity water system.
This means something to those who think. THE SEDIMENT GOES TO THE -LOW LEVELS. Wiii?u g&tf&ffi'Mfiji ,
We told you some time ago the price of these lots would be advanced; they were, and buyers seem to like it.
We Again Notify You That Commencing One
Week From Monday, February
1910
the prices of these lots will be advanced not less than 10 per cent. Don't let the other fellow beat you to an ideal home. Don't say that you didn't
hear Opportunity's knock, for Opportunity in this addition has been knocking with a sledge-hammer.
