in a commercial sense, means to offer good values at fair prices and

the square" to convey a misleading impression to the prospective buy

tho extraordinary advantages thus offered, can never find a footing in our store. We vastly prefer to offer

It is furthor vory easy to proclaim that goods have been reduced below cost, just to secure your valua
ble patronage. It is unfortunately still easier to find willing believers of such "rot." A merchant may reduce
