to the legal voters ol Gald city at'

rejection a proposed charter amend
ment to the charter of said city, en
titled as follower
A charter amendment to the char
tor of the city of Medford, Oregon,
amending sub-section 42 of section
25 and section 100 of said charter,
fixing the1 time for which contracts
may bo entered Into and franchises

mitted to the legal voters of said
city by tho city council of said city.

hereby designated and appointed as
