HEW YORK. Nov. 20. Colonel
John Jacob Astor' spalatical yacht,
the Nouruianhnl, containing the multi-millionaire
and Ids sou, Viucont,
is still unheard from.
The continued ubsence of news
from the Astor yacht is causing con
siderable apprehension among his
friends who fear that the vesnel may
have gone down in the storm of No
vember 10, which wrought so much
damage in Jamaica and the West In
dies. '
The millionaire's vessel was in the
wuke of the storm and as several
vessels more-seaworthy than the,
Nourmuhat were unable to weather
the gale, it is fenred that the Astor
yacht has met with disaster.
The search ofr the Nouruiahal be
came international today when the
British cruiser Scylla joined in the
hunt for thu vessel. Kvcry wireles
station is sending out yacht calls in
hope of locating the missing craft
while numerous revonuo cutters und
other vessels are also assisting in
the sonroh.
