the county executive committee tho
secretary 'was instructed to notify,

Do not put it off. If y ou had a

as possible to the list, and in pre

palled and an organization effected.
". Thursday, September 1. is sug
gested as the day on 'which a sren-
jera) movement be made in every
precinct in the county to organize
local clubs. .
The mode of organization is sim:
pie. Let pne or two good workers
sdect time and place and notify all,
jtnd at the meeting elect your pres
i lent and secretary and treasurer.
The president is selected anew at
every meeting, but the secretary
and. treasurer are jiermaiient. Se
cure the national platform of the
People's party and require ul! mem
bers to sign their names underneath
on a blank paper, to which the
platform is attached.
The secretary of each local club

The next meeting of the county
executive committee is set for Sat

it 10 o'clock a. "ui.and a large at
tendance is necessary. The basis
of represt-nt alien totbe ceunty cen

should be remembered thai a pre
cinct can have as ,many clubs as
the voters with, but only one rep

precinct has more than one club
they must all combine and jointly
