It was through a contest inaugurated
several months ago by the Chicago
Tribune that the present 'Contest was
started. Oregonians, and -for that mat
ter, people everywhere, know that'Ore
gon has the most beautiful women in
America, and that is tantemount to
saying the most beautiful in the world.
