has been so severe that he has been
inside most of the time.

The Independent Telephone Co.
have taken their Heppner line off the
fence and now have a smooth wire
high line through from Lexington to
Heppner. The Heppner line will, in
the near future, be connected with The
Wheatfield office which will give mid
night service between the two points.
