M., by John H. McLaughlin, contestee, In
which it is alleged that said John H. Mc
Laughlin has wholly abandoned said tract;
that he has changed his residence there
from for more th;tn six months since mak
ing said entry; that said trac' is not settled
upon and cultivated by said party az re
quired by law; that said alleged absence
was not due to his employment in the ar
my, navy or marine corps of the United
