Notice is hereby given that in pursuance
of an order of the County Court of the
State of Oregon for Morrow County, made
on the 5th day of November, 1906, the un
dersigned, admir.ifctratrix of the estate of
Edward S. Tyler, deceased, will sell at
public auction to the highest bidder for
cash, (Provided, that the purchaser may
assume the mortgage upon sa'd hereinafter
described real property in part payment),
and subject to confirmation by said County
Court, on Saturday, the 8ih day of Decem
ber, 1906, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the front

M., by John H. McLaughlin, contestee, in
which it is alleged that said John H. Mc
Laughlin has wholly abandoned said tract;
that he has changed his residence there
from for more than 3ix months since mak
ing said entry; that said trac' is not settled
upon and cultivated by said party as re
quired by law; that said alleged absence
was not due to his employment In the ar
my, navy or marine corps of the United
