ant, against homestead entry No. 10061,
made November 23, 1901, for SW NE

Township 1. N., Range 26, E., W. M., by
John H. McLaughlin, contestee. in which
it is alleged that said John H. McLaughlin
has totally abandoned said claim and failed
to reside thereon in any manner for more
than six months last past; that Ije has made
no Improvements of any character upon
said tracj; that said alleged absence was
not duo to his employment in the army,
navy or marine Qprps of the United States
in time of war. Said parties are hereby
notified to appear, respond and offer evi
dence touching said allegation at 10 o'clock
a. m. on July 19, 1906, before J. P. Wil
liams, a U. S. Commissioner, at his office
