Whyte, Contestee, in which It Is alleged
that said William ' J, Whyte does not -now
reside on nor has he cultivated or caused
to be cultivated any part of said land; nor

whatever; he has wholly abandoned said

his employment in the army, navy or
marine corps of the United States In time
