The Electric Light Co. have decided
to' give an allnight service instead of
shutting down at 1 2 o'clock as origi
nally intended.
Deputy Sheriff, W. O. Hill and
wjfe, of Heppner, spent Thanksgiving
with Mr. Hill's sister. Mrs. C. A.

John N. Helms and Miss Maud
Brashears were married Thursday,
November 30th, at the home of Nat
Gray, on Strawberry flat. Rev. J. C.
White officiating. Mr, Helms is one
of Lexington's enterprising men and is
well and favorably known by Xall.
The bride is a daughter of W. W.
Brashears, of McKinley, Missouri,
came to this country about 6 months
ago. The Wheatlield joins their
many friends in wishing them aiong
and prosperous journey through life. '
