as an Emergency Department
Technician at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital in Heppner and take
emergency ambulance runs.
This is a hospital based ambu-
lance service, no fire duties. Po-
sition has call time with 6
minute response time. Job du-
ties include emergency re-
sponse and transport and
participation in community
health-related activities. Must
work well with the public, work
well as part of a team, and have
excellent communication skills.

WORKER

The City of Pendleton is ac-
cepting applications for a
Building Utility Worker posi-
tion within the Facilities De-
partment. This position
requires experience in cus-
todial work (preferably com-
mercial) and the operation
of related equipment such
as scrubbers, vacuum,
buffers, etc. Building main-
tenance duties require
basic carpentry skills, and
the ability to operate a vari-
ety of power tools. Experi-
ence with concrete, small
motors, pumps or HVAC a
plus.
Must have a valid driver’s li-
cense and a satisfactory
driving record and be able
to pass a criminal back-
ground check. Salary range
is $3,403 - $4,412 a month
DOQ plus excellent bene-
fits.
